AML case management

The system that turns a flagged transaction into an investigation with an owner, a deadline and a filing decision on the record. More about AML case management

Asset registry

The record of what an organization owns: each asset tagged, located, and carrying its own condition and service history. More about Asset registry

Asset tracking

Open work, crew workload, overdue jobs, site status, and exceptions are visible the moment they change.

Audit log

The permanent record of who changed what and when. Every configuration change in TrackVia is logged, and bulk changes are previewed and backed up before they run.

Authority to Operate (ATO)

A US government authorization permitting a system to run in a federal environment. Game Warden, the platform TrackVia Government runs on, holds a FedRAMP Class D (High) ATO. That authorization is Second Front’s, not TrackVia’s. More about Authority to Operate (ATO)

Enterprise-grade security

SOC 2, HIPAA-compliant, and FedRAMP Class C environments, with single sign-on, multi-factor authentication with passkeys, and field-level role permissions.

E-signature

A signature captured on a phone or tablet, timestamped and attached to the record it signs off.

FedRAMP

The US federal program that standardizes security assessment and authorization for cloud services. TrackVia Government is listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace as Certified for FedRAMP Class C (Moderate) under the Agency path. More about FedRAMP

FedRAMP Certified

A FedRAMP Marketplace status meaning a cloud service has completed assessment against the baseline for its impact level and is in ongoing continuous monitoring. TrackVia Government has been FedRAMP Class C (Moderate) Certified since 23 September 2026. An agency Authority to Operate is granted separately by each agency. More about FedRAMP Certified

Geotag

The location stamped onto a photograph or form entry when it is captured, so there is a record of where the work happened.
