Acceptable Use Policy

AML case management

The system that turns a flagged transaction into an investigation with an owner, a deadline and a filing decision on the record. More

Asset registry

The record of what an organization owns: each asset tagged, located, and carrying its own condition and service history. More

Asset tracking

The part that identifies and locates an asset, usually by QR code, barcode or RFID tag. Tracking answers where it is; the registry answers what it is and what shape it is in. More

At-a-glance status

Open work, crew workload, overdue jobs, site status, and exceptions are visible the moment they change.

Audit log

The permanent record of who changed what and when. Every configuration change in TrackVia is logged, and bulk changes are previewed and backed up before they run.

Authority to Operate (ATO)

A US government authorization permitting a system to run in a federal environment. Game Warden, the platform TrackVia Government runs on, holds a FedRAMP High ATO. That authorization is Second Front’s, not TrackVia’s. More

FedRAMP

The US federal program that standardizes security assessment and authorization for cloud services. TrackVia Government is listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace as In Process for FedRAMP Class C (Moderate) under the Agency path. TrackVia is not currently FedRAMP Certified. More

The location stamped onto a photograph or form entry when it is captured, so there is a record of where the work happened.

Guided workflows
