The TrackVia team is getting ready for our second appearance at the annual OPEX World Summit in Orlando — a main event for the operations and process excellence community. Inspiration at the conference will be in abundance. Personally, I’m excited about talking with the thought leaders, disruptors and innovators who are all blazing new trails in this arena.
Of keen interest for me is understanding how operational leaders are using Design Thinking to spur innovation and new practices for leveraging data analytics. Used in concert, these give operational leaders the insights and ability to make faster and more impactful decisions. And this linkage often leads to a ‘fail fast/learn faster’ mentality. On a more pragmatic level, I’m eager to learn how operations professionals leverage technology to solve business problems.
In preparation for OPEX, I’ve been thinking about how best to bring value to attendees. First, how do I best understand your unique, biggest, baddest business challenges? Second, how do I map that to how we at TrackVia could be of help? And, third, how can we bring you incredible value?
