On the Road to OPEX Summit 2018: Driving Business Forward

OPEX

The TrackVia team is getting ready for our second appearance at the annual OPEX World Summit in Orlando — a main event for the operations and process excellence community. Inspiration at the conference will be in abundance. Personally, I’m excited about talking with the thought leaders, disruptors and innovators who are all blazing new trails in this arena.

Of keen interest for me is understanding how operational leaders are using Design Thinking to spur innovation and new practices for leveraging data analytics. Used in concert, these give operational leaders the insights and ability to make faster and more impactful decisions. And this linkage often leads to a ‘fail fast/learn faster’ mentality. On a more pragmatic level, I’m eager to learn how operations professionals leverage technology to solve business problems.

In preparation for OPEX, I’ve been thinking about how best to bring value to attendees. First, how do I best understand your unique, biggest, baddest business challenges? Second, how do I map that to how we at TrackVia could be of help? And, third, how can we bring you incredible value?

As a case history, I think about our journey with Heritage-Crystal Clean (HCC) — listening, brainstorming, and solutioning — to help reduce costs from its overall transportation spend. In fact, Bill Mannaberg, Director of Logistics, will be at OPEX sharing this story “A complete logistics transformation.” He will share how HCC uses TrackVia’s mobile workflow platform to increase efficiency and gain greater visibility into its logistics operations.

TrackVia is an operational workflow platform that helps hundreds of companies build applications that improve on-time performance and reduce costs. TrackVia offers the fastest, easiest and most cost-effective way to build powerful apps that are business-centric and IT approved.

During OPEX, we will be showcasing the art of the possible in using low-code technology to build intelligent applications that replace inefficient manual processes, centralize data and systems, provide critical insight with historical and real-time data, and so much more. If you’re at the show, stop by Booth #42 and we’ll show you how easy it is to use and implement.

Companies like Heritage-Crystal Clean who prioritize digitization to be more data-driven in their process excellence initiatives will be the winners in this highly competitive global marketplace. OPEX is the perfect forum for professionals and technology vendors to work together to solve real problems.

What plans do you have to digitize your business over the next 3, 5 or even 10-years?
