Last month, TrackVia presented at Venture Capital in the Rockies (VCIR) Winter conference in Beaver Creek, Colo. We were among the Rocky Mountain region’s most emerging growth companies presenting to more than 200 venture investors, CEOs, entrepreneurs and service professionals.
Our CEO, Pete Khanna, attended for TrackVia and was able to connect with other start up executives from the area who share the same goal: making the Rocky Mountains a great location for investing and growing companies.
The two-day conference wasn’t just about networking and sharing ideas – there was a bit of down time too. A guided ski trip at Beaver Creek helped fuel many participants who work and live in the region and gave them a much needed dose of the outdoors.
“Being the perfect place to start and grow businesses of all sizes and from all industries is part of what makes Colorado so great,” said Pete Khanna, TrackVia’s CEO. “Participating in VCIR Winter gives us a unique vantage point on the entrepreneurial landscape, and we’re excited to see that momentum continue in this region.”
While TrackVia isn’t actively seeking venture capital funding at this time, it’s inspiring to listen to other leaders and learn what’s happening with VCs in our area, and more importantly, to see great examples of how this region is fostering innovation and carving out new paths for business growth.
We hope to continue participating in and supporting VCIR. If you want more information, you can visit: http://www.vcirwinter.com/
