Hey, admins! As you know, at TrackVia we like to build features that we know our customers want—so much so that we have an internal feature scoring app (built in TrackVia, of course) that keeps tabs on the most-frequently-asked-for features, as well as how much users want them. Then we do some math to figure out an overall ‘score’ that helps us decide which features to prioritize. The TrackVia scheduled reports feature that we are announcing today literally scored off the charts when we started talking about it—simply because there are so many ways you can use it!
Using TrackVia scheduled reports
1. Create a list of daily tasks and have it emailed to your team every morning before they get into work (and show only those tasks assigned to them!)
2. Send rollup reports on operational efficiency metrics at the end of every month for executive review
3. Create weekly aging reports on open NCR reports to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
4. At the beginning of each month, send out a list of all equipment coming due for calibration in the next 30 days
And we’re just scratching the surface here! So without further adieu, here’s how to get started with TrackVia scheduled reports.
