Spring is in the air, and we have started spring cleaning at TrackVia. In last month's newsletter we took you "behind the scenes", while this month we reveal our new, fresh, clean look. We felt it was time to give our user interface a facelift. Don't worry - we have not sacrificed the power and speed you have become accustomed to with these improvements. We highlight a few of these updates below.

User Interface Update
When you log in to your TrackVia account, you will notice a new look and feel. We listened to those who completed our February survey and have updated our "user interface" to address the feedback we received. These updates are just the beginning of what we have in store for 2008:
- A new "home" page where you will see product news, and any specific messages from us regarding your account
- A "Favorite Reports" section where you can place one-click links to go straight to any report in any database
- Reports include shading of alternate rows for easier visual tracking
- An updated color scheme changed to darker blues and grays
- A "cleaner" database overview section that makes more efficient use of your browser space
- Reports are now presented inside of "frames" that freezes the headings and action links in place
These are just a few of the improvements we have made to the User Interface. We will continue to keep you informed of updates via the new Message Center and Newsletters.
Security Enhancements
In an effort to make your account more secure, we have started enforcing our Terms of Service that prohibit the sharing of login information (username and password) among more than one individual. If this update means that you need to add more users to your account now is the time to do it at a discount by taking advantage of our March promotion.
This change does not prevent you from opening multiple browser windows or tabs simultaneously from the same computer.
Scrolling Tables
We recently made an enhancement to our tables that resulted in scroll bars on the right and bottom of all tables that are too wide to fit into the browser without scrolling. This allows the field names to remain "frozen" at the top of the report view, and for the record view and edit icons to be frozen in the far left column. For those that prefer the old view, you have the option to disable scrolling tables. Simply go to the My Info link in the upper right corner and set the scrolling table option to "no."
March Promotion
For the month of March, we are extending a pre-payment discount to all accounts with at least five users. If you currently don't have five users on your account, you are still eligible as long as you add enough users to get your account total to at least five.
- Pre-pay for six months and receive 10% off OR
- Pre-pay for a year and receive 25% off
Once you have pre-paid for six months or a year, any additional seats added during the pre-payment period will be subject to monthly billing at your discounted rate.
Example of Savings- Pre-Pay 5 Users for 12 months and You Save 25%. A Savings of $149.25!
- Pre-Pay 5 Users for 6 months and You Save 10%. A Savings of $29.85!
